राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट ने मुख्यसचिव, आरपीएससी और प्रमुख यूडीएच सचिव को नोटिस जारी कर पूछा है कि परीक्षा में नकल होने और दूसरी पारी में कुछ प्रश्नों के रिपीट होने पर क्यों ना राजस्व अधिकारी व अधिशासी अधिकारी भर्ती 2022 की परीक्षा को रद्द कर दिया जाए। जस्टिस सुदेश बंसल की एकलपीठ ने यह आदेश भारत सिंह मीणा को याचिका पर प्रारंभिक सुनवाई करते हुए दिए। याचिका में अधिवक्ताप्रेमचंद देवन्दा ने अदालत को बताया कि आरपीएससी ने राजस्व अधिकारी ग्रेड-द्वितीय और अधिशासी अधिकारी के पदों के लिए गत 14 मई को दो पारियों में लिखित परीक्षा आयोजित की थी। जिसमें करीब तीन अभ्यर्थी शामिल हुए।

याचिका में कहा गया कि भर्ती परीक्षा में आरपीएससी की ओर से प्रथम परीक्षा में पूछे गए कुछ प्रश्नों को हूबहू दो घंटे बाद आयोजित दूसरी पारी में भी पूछ लिया गया। जिसके चलते दूसरी पारी के अभ्यर्थियों को पहली पारी का प्रश्न पत्र का अध्ययन कर लेने से फायदा हो गया। ऐसे में दूसरी पारी के अभ्यर्थियों के पहली पारी के अभ्यर्थियों के मुकाबले अधिक अंक लाने की संभावना बढ गई है। आरपीएससी की ओर से बनाए गए इस दोषपूर्ण प्रश्न पत्र के चलते पहली पारी के अभ्यर्थियों को नुकसान ‘होगा।
याचिका में यह भी कहा गया कि परीक्षा के दौरान बीकानेर जिले में कई परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर गिरोह ने ब्लूटूथ डिवाइस से कई अभ्यर्थियों को नकल कराई गई। इसे लेकर पुलिस ने मुकदमा भी दर्ज किया है। ऐसे में परीक्षा संदेह के घेरे में आ गई है। याचिका में गुहार की गई है कि परीक्षा पारदर्शी और निष्पक्ष तरीके से नहीं होने के कारण इसे रद्द किया जाए और मामले की उचस्तरीय जांच कर पुनः परीक्षा आयोजित की जाए।

The Rajasthan High Court has issued a notice to the Chief Secretary, RPSC and Principal UDH Secretary, asking why the examination of Revenue Officer and Executive Officer Recruitment 2022 should not be canceled due to cheating in the examination and repetition of some questions in the second shift. The single bench of Justice Sudesh Bansal gave this order while conducting preliminary hearing on the petition to Bharat Singh Meena. In the petition, advocate Premchand Devanda told the court that the RPSC had conducted the written examination on May 14 in two shifts for the posts of Revenue Officer Grade-II and Executive Officer. In which about three candidates participated.
It was stated in the petition that in the recruitment examination, some questions asked by RPSC in the first examination were also asked in the second shift held exactly two hours later. Due to which the candidates of the second shift got benefited by studying the question paper of the first shift. In such a situation, the chances of the candidates of the second shift to get more marks than the candidates of the first shift have increased. Due to this faulty question paper prepared by RPSC, the candidates of the first shift will be at loss.
It was also stated in the petition that during the examination, many candidates were cheated by the gang using bluetooth devices at several examination centers in Bikaner district. Police has also registered a case regarding this. In such a situation, the examination has come under the scanner. It has been requested in the petition that due to the examination not being conducted in a transparent and fair manner, it should be canceled and the examination should be conducted again after a high-level inquiry into the matter.
