The RRB NTPC City Intimation Slip for 2025 has been released by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB)
Release Date of City Intimation Slip: The RRB NTPC City Intimation Slip 2025 for Graduate Level posts (CEN 05/2024) was released on May 26, 2025.
However, the link became active from May 27, 2025, at 12 AM.
Purpose: This slip informs candidates about their exam city, exam date, and shift timings. It is not the admit card.
Availability: The city intimation slip is generally released 10 days before the scheduled exam date. Therefore, candidates with exams on June 5, 2025, could download their slips from May 27, 2025. For other exam dates, the slips will be available 10 days prior to the respective exam date.
Exam Dates: The RRB NTPC CBT 1 exam for Graduate Level posts is scheduled to be conducted from June 5 to June 24, 2025. The exam for Undergraduate Level posts is expected in July 2025.
Admit Card Release: The actual admit card (e-call letter) will be released 4 days before the exam date.
For exams starting on June 5, 2025, the admit card will be available from June 1, 2025.
How to Download: Candidates can download their city intimation slip from the official regional websites of the RRBs by logging in with their registration number and date of birth.

- Visit the official regional website of the RRB you applied to (e.g., rrbcdg.gov.in).
- Look for the link titled “RRB NTPC City Intimation Slip 2025” and click on it.
- Enter your login credentials, such as your registration number and date of birth/password.
- Once logged in, your exam city and date details will be displayed.
- Download and print the slip for your reference.
